RESERVATIONS
At Zona de Cuba, we encourage you to make reservations in advance. All reservations require a credit card at the time of booking. A $20 deposit per guest is required for all reservations. Our cancellation policy asks that you cancel over the phone by 9pm the day before your reservation. You may book parties up to 7 guests online via Libro. For parties of 8-20 guests, please call and any one of our reservationists will assist you. For groups over 20 guests, please send a detailed email to info@zonadecuba.com. In your email, please include a full name, contact phone number, time and date of interest, and a guest count. Office hours are Monday through Friday 10am – 5pm. You can expect an email response between 1-2 business days.

EVENTS DEPARTMENT
For parties of 30 guests or more, please visit the Special Events section of the website to submit an inquiry form or you may email events@zonadecuba.com to reach our Events Coordinator. Igloos are reservable through our Events Department, with a consumption minimum. You may contact events@zonadecuba.com to reserve an igloo in advance. Seating Requests: When booking a reservation, you may request a seating preference, however, requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed.

RUNNING LATE/CANCELLATIONS
At Zona de Cuba, we hold your table for 15 minutes. If you are running late to your reservation, we will try our best to seat you at the next available table, however seating is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to arrange to arrive on time, to avoid losing your reservation.

DRESS CODE:
At Zona de Cuba, we encourage casual – elegant attire. We do not allow baggy clothing, athletic apparel, baseball/basketball caps, tank tops, flip flops, basketball sneakers, cargo pants, cargo shorts or exposed chains.
