RESERVATIONS
Booking reservations in advance is recommended, as space may be limited. When booking a reservation, you may request a seating preference, however, requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed. We hold your table for 15 minutes. If you are late to your reservation, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next available table. We strongly encourage you to arrange to arrive on time, to avoid extended wait times. A credit card on file is required at the time of booking. There is a $20 per person cancellation penalty if you fail to arrive at your reservation.
EVENTS DEPARTMENT
For parties of 20 guests or more, please visit the Special Events section of the website to submit an inquiry form or you may email directly at events@zonadecuba.com to reach our Events Manager. Igloos are reservable through our Events Department, with a consumption minimum. We have several packages to select from that cater to your event. You may contact events@zonadecuba.com for more information and pricing.
RUNNING LATE/CANCELLATIONS
At Zona de Cuba, we hold your table for 15 minutes. If you are running late to your reservation, we will try our best to seat you at the next available table, however, seating is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to arrange to arrive on time, to avoid losing your reservation.
DRESS CODE:
At Zona de Cuba, we encourage casual – elegant attire. We do not allow baggy clothing, athletic apparel, transparent clothing, baseball/basketball caps, tank tops, flip flops, work boots, basketball sneakers, cargo pants, cargo shorts, or exposed chains. The dress code is subject to the doorman’s discretion. We appreciate your cooperation.
